Privacy at WishListCircle

We store your account details, gift ideas, group memberships, invitations, shopping history, and budgets to provide the service. Profile photos and wishlist images are stored in Cloudflare R2. Vercel hosts the application, Resend delivers service emails, and Zyte processes product links when you request item details. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it.

Your wishlist is private until you share it with groups. Group members can see shared list content. Gift reservations and purchases are hidden from the recipient. Your budgets and purchase history are private to you. A shopper may retain their recorded purchase details after you remove or unshare a list.

Your email is used for account access, verification, recovery, and invitations. We do not send birthday reminders or marketing email through the current app. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Passwords are stored as hashes; reset and verification links expire and work once.

You can download your account data in Profile & Settings. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@wishlistcircle.com. Account deletion requests require verification of ownership and may require arranging group administration first. Deleted information may remain in service backups until those backups expire under the operator’s retention policy.

Use the service only for information you are comfortable sharing with your family or friends. Do not put sensitive information into wishlist notes. This service records gift plans; it does not place orders or process payments.
